Reading and discussion on selected topics in Foods and Nutrition agreed upon through consultation between the student and the supervising professor.

Prerequisites

Registration in third or fourth year of the Honours Specialization in Foods and Nutrition, or the Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics. Application required.
