Taught by several Law Faculty members, this introduction to Canadian law covers areas of most relevance to the legal relationships between private actors in society. Topics may include an introduction to the Canadian legal system, family law, property law, business law, contract law, employment law, torts, and landlord-tenant law.
This course is not open to students currently enrolled in the JD program in the Faculty of Law; Law 2101.
