This course examines the process of researching, planning and developing marketing strategies to help organizations meet the triple bottom line (people, planet, profit). Topics include developing sustainable business models, understanding consumer behaviour on sustainability, applying sustainability principles to product design and packaging and supply chains, and communicating sustainable value propositions.
MOS 2320A/B or MOS 3320A/B and enrolment in 3rd or 4th year of BMOS or Animal Ethics and Sustainability Leadership. Priority in enrolment will be given to Huron University College students registered in a Marketing and Sustainability module.
