This course offers a foundational introduction to qualitative research in psychology including qualitative research design, participant recruitment, data collection and analysis. Emphasis will be on experience with qualitative data collection techniques such as interviewing and field observation, data analysis approaches, and knowledge mobilization in both traditional and non-traditional formats.
Registration in third or fourth year Major or Honours Specialization in Psychology or permission of the department.
