This course will examine theological constructions of the human being in several religious traditions (particularly Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism) in conversation with contemporary social and philosophical questions about gender, race, disability, ecology, and the posthuman.
Any university-level course in Religious Studies, Jewish Studies, or Islamic Studies.
